These programs help develop fitness, a positive use of leisure time, reduction of stress, appreciation for the environment, and social and interpersonal skills.

Activities include:
Team Sports - Flag Football, Soccer, Dodge Ball, Volley Ball, Basketball, 3 on 3 Tournament; Wall Ball, Danger Zone, Relay Races, Octopus, Battlefield, Swimming, Bowling, C.A.T. Tournament, Around the World, Flag Tag, Archery, Nature Trail Walks, Softball Throw, Football Throw, Stand and Jump, Ping Pong Bounce, Checkers, Chess, Connect Four, Ping Pong, Foosball, Billiards - 8 Ball, Rotation, Cut Throat, Peterson Pool; Movies, Water Balloon Toss, Pictionary, and I Like People Who.

Daily Challenges
Fitness and fun combined make Daily Challenges a non-competitive, yet challenging, popular series of programs.

Fitness Authority
FITNESS AUTHORITY® promotes fitness in all youth and provides a fun-filled, motivating fitness experience for members. There is a 12-week curriculum, which covers every aspect of fitness, drawing upon themes of sports culture and history, self-esteem, nutrition and physical fitness.
