The Scattered Sites Transitional Apartment Program is designed to help qualified homeless individuals, which includes single-parent families and those 18 year old youth aging out of the foster care system.  The program gives the client an opportunity to exceed in whatever field they choose through intensive case management, budgeting, educational choices, parenting and life skill classes.  If the client is accepted in the twenty-four month program, the client must have a full 40 hour week with either, work schedule, school schedule or a combination of both.  The apartment is furnished and ready for the client to begin the process of a better future and to break the cycle of homelessness.
